Order of more than $75 will received free shipping, DRY GOODS ONLY, please pick the free shipping option during check out. Free shipping ONLY in 48 states of USA, except for HI, PR or any other USA territories and overseas.Some items are restricted and there will be extra charge for all over size and over weight shipment.
T-5 bulbs orders are not part of free shipping, there is an additional of $10 dollar box charge for all t-5 bulbs orders.

Dry Goods:
Will be ship USPS or Fedex or UPS within 24 hours after payment is made.
We will ship order without signature confirmation, unless you requesting otherwise. Please note once you submitted the order, you've agreed to release us of any responsibility for the package.
This mean if the package is lost or stolen when it left at your front door or porch, we will not be responsible for it. The shipping company will not be hold liable. If you need signature confirmation please let us know. The signature confirmation cost you nothing. However it might be an issue for some, since someone has to be home to sign for the package, this could cause delay to the shipment.
On large order, value over $300 dollar, we will ship with signature confirmation, NO EXCEPTION. We also reserved the option to ship package with signature confirmation whenever we feel it's necessary.
We will not accept returns of used or opened items, or items returned more than 7 days after delivery. Items are returnable only if unopened and unused and in the original product packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned item.
Damaged item:
All damaged claim must be made with 24 hours of arrival, please check all the content carefully upon receiving it. Please notify us immediately with there is any issue.
We are not responsible for any international shipment, this include lost and damage to the content.
Returned Package:
For any reasons the package(s) was send back to us: due to refusal, wrong address, business closed, customer is not available, unable to deliver...etc. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned package for any reason.
Defective item:
The customer is responsible for contacting and sending back the defective item to the manufacturer for replacement and repair service.
All warranty, replacement, and repair will be made with the manufacture. We will not do any repair, return, refund, or exchange due to defective or malfunction item(s.)
We will not responsible for light bulb color, we will not accept return or refund on bulbs purchased because the color isn't white or it isn't blue enough for the taste. Please do your research on the brand and their color before making your purchase.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. For free shipping return, upon receiving the returned item(s) we will issue your refund less the cost of shipping. Special order items are non-returnable.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Shipments are sent freight collect unless advanced arrangements are made and approved by us.
