SoCal Tropical Fish Outlet will not accept returns of used or opened items, or items returned more than 7 days after delivery. Items are returnable only if unopened in the original product packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned item.

Defective item:

The customer is responsible for contacting and sending back the defective item to the manufacturer for replacement and repair service.

All warranty, replacement, and repair will be made with the manufacture. SoCal Tropical Fish Outlet will not do any repair, return, refund, or exchange due to defective or malfunction item(s).

Delivery charges are non-refundable. On returns, the original shipping charges we paid to ship the items out will not be refunded. Special order items are non-returnable.
